During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on or near the recipient’s body, allowing the energy to flow and help rebalance the body’s energy centers or chakras. Reiki is a non-invasive practice that aims to restore physical, emotional, and spiritual equilibrium, supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
It is often used as a complementary therapy to conventional medical treatments.

NEI (Neuro-Emotional Integration) therapy is a holistic approach that combines elements of psychology, kinesiology, and energy healing to address emotional and mental blockages.
NEI therapy recognizes the connection between emotions, thoughts, and physical well-being. It aims to identify and release stored emotions and limiting beliefs that may be contributing to physical or emotional imbalances.
During an NEI therapy session, the practitioner uses muscle testing to access the subconscious mind and identify specific emotions or beliefs that are impacting the client’s well-being.
Through various techniques such as acupressure, visualization, and dialogue, the practitioner helps the client acknowledge and process these emotions, facilitating their release and promoting emotional healing. NEI therapy can be used to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, phobias, and relationship challenges.
It aims to bring about positive changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, leading to greater overall well-being.
