My story
Born and raised in France, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and move to the United States at 21 years old.
I spent 2 years there and this lifechanging experience ended up being the very beginning of my personal journey: The time when I started to change my perception of things.
Back to France, I decided to do a psychoanalysis to understand myself more: Why I reacted certain ways and why I felt blocked in some areas of my life.
And I realized that I was filled with limited beliefs about myself, society, or people around me.
To dig deeper into myself, I knew I needed to step away from my family, my friends and the world I knew.
I also felt the urge to discover the beauty and diversity that the world has to offer. So I booked a one way flight ticket to Australia and packed my bag.

Those 10 months of long hours work and van life taught me to take life hour by hour, day by day, but most of it to embrace the person I wanted to be and allow myself to do what I want.
This ended being the most liberating and easy going year of my life. I truly wish everyone could experience something similar.
Wanting to challenge myself even more, I booked a ticket to Thailand and started backpacking for 3-4 months in Asia.
Traveling solo around Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore and Bali, I discovered different aspects of myself. It brought me confidence and trust in the fact that I COULD do everything I wanted, that I was able to and that I would always fall back on my feet.
Meeting many Dutch people during this trip, I then decided to move to the Netherlands.
I have since pursued my journey to heal and free me from my traumas through different tools: hypnosys, life coaching, constellation, mindfulness, meditation, personal energetic coaching, and so on.
After a worldwide pandemic and a burn out, 2021 marked a new pivot in my life. During a Reiki workshop, reality hit: I was not as okay as I was pretending.
This realization forced me to face my patterns and focus on the present, on my body and my breathing.
This led me to enroll a 200H Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.
A 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program is a comprehensive training course designed to deepen your understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga and prepare you to become a certified yoga teacher. This program typically covers foundational aspects of Hatha Yoga, including asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and ethics.
It turned to be such a blissful experience that changed my life again by showing, again, different parts of myself. By unveiling my vulnerable side, my yin, calm side which was up to now hidden.
I’ve been teaching Hatha Yoga since and opened my own Yoga Studio in the Netherlands where I offered Private & Group Yoga Classes, Reiki Healing Sessions and Neuro Emotional Integration Therapy Sessions.
I have made the decision to embark on a new adventure and continue my activities in Spain. I am located between Alicante and Cartagena in the Murcia province, on the Costa Blanca. I am providing the same services as before, with additional offerings such as workshops, events, coaching sessions, and more to come.
Looking forward to meet you and get on this journey together.
